MenSana, hailing from Indiana, capture the intensity of the harder-edged bands of today and also incorporate their raw rock sound to bring even more styles into popular music. They have created a catchy and truly unique sound, a sound all thier own. MenSana characterize their music as "HEAVY MELODY" and describe it as, "a melodic wall of sound." Their music is a colerful landscape of many peaks and valleys. They create a sound that is just plain and simple rock! It has its heavy moments and its pop moments. Their music is VERY catchy but retains integrity and remains original. The building blocks of the music consist of raw and pounding rock drum beats coupled with a land mass of bass guitar, and guitars playing the most impounding chords possible. This very rock solid root is complimented with beautifully epic guitar overlays and nicely arranged vocal melodies that are baeutiful and positive, but at the same time heart wrenching, aggressive and "to the point".

1. If you were stranded on a dessert island what 5 c.d.'s would you need in order to survive? NEVERSTUFF: Hum "Downward is Heavenard", Tool "Undertow or Opitate or Aenima",,,preferrably all three, Nirvana any will do...they're all amazing records, Mr. Bungle, Lusk "Free Mars" (the best record I've heard in a long time) OLDER STUFF: The Beatles "The White Album and Rubber Soul", Jimi Hendrix "Axis Bold as Love", Jimi Hendrix "Electric Ladyland", Pink Floyd "any of the older stff", and the fifth is undecided.
2. What are your top 3 movies of all time? Thats a tuff one! Too many good movies. I like the mushy and the action and the fantasy.
3. If you had to spend on one meal for yourself, what would you eat? Two prime filet steaks, salad, baked potato (loaded), LOTS o beer and a piece of red velvet cake. I'd take whatever was left over and buy shots of expensive tequilla.
4. If you only had to spend on one meal for yourself, what would you eat? A grilled chicken salad from GD Ritzy's.
5. If you could have a "love child" with one person on BIRTHFEST, who would it be and why? As long as its a woman...no complaints.
6. What is your favorite book of all time? I suck and never read...YES I use the time excuse, so piss off!
7. Other than music, what is one thing that you enjoy doing with your free time? Riding my BMX bike. street. dirt jumping.
8. If you were an animal, what would you be? A lion

12. If you were in the movie "Pulp Fiction", what character would you most likely play? How about Trainspotting? The toilet he dives into and Uma Thurman.

14. What is the craziest thing that has happened at one of your shows? We trashed our gear pretty good. And our bass player body slammed his bass 5 times from eye level.
